We handle:

From academic excursions and business visits to cultural experiences and group meals, our team handles all of the logistical plans so you can focus on leading the experience and teaching your course.

Your dedicated EF team will help craft travel proposals and assist in navigating your school’s approval process.

Ground and local transportation during group excursions is taken care of, and EF can also handle all flights for your group as well.

Our team of local Field Directors will be your main point of contact in-country, working with your group to coordinate relevant cultural activities throughout your program.

You’ll have access to EF’s 24/7 travel support team and unmatched global network of 50,200 worldwide staff before and during your program.
