Our Academic Affairs team is available to meet with faculty leaders and administrators to discuss incorporating learning objectives and professional visits into program design.

With our help, get the information you need to move forward with programming (whether it be through a strategic proposal, in person meetings, or simply sharing more details about our approach and impact). Once you have approval, we'll work directly with faculty to build their detailed itinerary. Your institutional team can let us know which individuals should be included throughout the process.

EF will provide faculty members with multiple program promotion solutions as well as customized timeline recommendations to ensure success. Our easy-to-use resources, which are tailored to your institution and program, include:

We serve over 1 million students each year, so we’ve got an excellent sense of how to prepare students for travel and support faculty leaders. While EF is building your program, we also provide you with support designed to keep program preparation simple. EF will:

Our local Field Directors add an extra layer of safety, support and immersion, and our Safety and Incident Response Team—comprised of industry experts, healthcare experts, and even former FBI personnel—is ready to spring into action 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
